What we collect

Direct trial requests: your name, an email or phone number, your brokerage if you give it to us, the listing address you select, and any note you add.

Agent-branded requests: your name, email, optional phone number, property address if you have chosen a home, and any question you add.

How requests are used

Direct trial requests: to build and deliver the brief you asked for, to follow up about it, and — once — to tell you when pricing lands. Nothing else.

Agent-branded requests: your request and contact details go to the agent named on that page for follow-up about your inquiry. LakefrontBrief processes the request. You can contact that agent before choosing a property.

Opening an analysis uses research we already hold. Your name and contact details are never sent to any of its sources.

Who receives it

We never sell your information. A direct trial request is not passed to another agent. An agent-branded request is shared with the named agent you chose, as described on that request page.

Where it lives

With our hosting provider, in the request list the brief is built from.

We keep a submission for up to two years, or delete it within 30 days of your request.

Tracking

We set no cookies, and we run no third-party analytics, ad tech, or trackers — nothing on this page reports to another company about you.

We do keep our own count of how often each page is opened, which link brought you here, and which of our own buttons you clicked. It is a running tally and nothing more: no cookies, no device fingerprint, no IP addresses, and nothing that identifies you or connects one page to the next.

Removal

Email mike@lakefrontbrief.com and include the email or phone number used for your submission. We will delete your submission and confirm.

If you sent a request through an agent's page, that agent keeps their own copy; ask them to remove it from their records. We delete ours.

If we've featured your listing on our map, ask and we'll remove it.
